Transferring Reader Followers from .com to .org

  I have moved from .com to .org, all my posts are transferred etc. All I need now is to transfer my .com followers and email followers over.

  Old site is http://sappytips.com

  New site is http://aftertheclock.com.au

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy! I have now transferred all your email and WordPress.com followers from sappytips.com over to your JetPack-enhanced site at aftertheclock.com.au.

  It may be a couple hours before you can see them on your new Jetpack stats page, but it usually takes much less time than that. Reply back here to let me know if they don’t show up soon.
