Transferring readers/ subscribers

  Can someone help me transfer my readers/ subscribers to my new “home” of being self hosted ?!

  Apieceofcait.wordpress.com to pieceofcait.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  Good now all you have to do is wait in line while Staff answer those who posted for help long before you id.

  Redirecting a URL isn’t really something that a plugin can do.

  OK thanks! SO i paid for the redirection but when you go to my pages- recipes- and click one it now SAYS error. Will that change?

  You changed the permalink structure and that is why this is not working for you. If you change it again to the same permalink structure your WordPress.com posts have which has the title of the post and date of publication embedded into the URLs then it will work.

  I downloaded and activated velvet blue pluggin but it isnt working.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  You do not have to post anywhere. As soon as rootjosh logs in he will return to all threads he has been working in, like this one. All you need it to be patient. When he post you will be notified by email.

  Oh wait! Do mean post to WordPress.ORG support forums about the plugin? that would be here http://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks However, I would wait for rootjosh to respond before doing anything else.

  Ok yes I will wait! HELP on: velvet blue/ urls, coming from wp.com to pieceofcait.com .. they aren’t working { workout page, recipes, etc } thank you! :)
