Transferring self hosted site to this wordpress.com server

  Hey there, I’m looking to transfer the site at nsi.summitwebsolutions.com to this website. I’m looking to use All-In-One WP Migration plugin but want to make sure that all plugins/themes/content will transfer over without loss from the ‘wordpress.org’ site. I’ve used the wordpress.com import feature and it doesn’t seem to register that I’ve got Jetpack installed on my self-hosted site.
