Transferring Site

  Hi, I recently made another WP user the admin of a site then removed myself as an admin. The problem is that I still have the upgrades in my “store upgrades” and the new admin doesn’t. I don’t even have access to the site anymore but I still have the upgrades. How can I make it so the new admin has those so they can update credit card info and such. Thanks for the help.

  Hi,

  Can you confirm the domain/list of upgrades you would like transferred and the user account you would like them transferred to?

  Yes. my domain is aaronbruun.com and would like all the “12:1 RUN” upgrades transferred to “newlifechurchok” which is the current admin of the 12:1 RUN website. Thanks!

  Just to confirm, we’re transferring all of the following:

  – Ownership of 12onerun.wordpress.com

  – Domain 12onerun.com

  – Domain promediachurch.com

  – Custom Design upgrade

  Correct?

  Thanks for clarifying. I’ve moved ownership of 12onerun.wordpress.com, domain 12onerun.com, and the Custom Design upgrade to the new user.

  The domain promediachurch.com is attached to 12onerun.wordpress.com. Does it need to be attached to promediachurch.wordpress.com instead?

  Ah – sorry for not noticing this sooner. The site promediachurch.wordpress.com has been deleted. If you would like, I can move the domain promediachurch.com to aaronbruun.wordpress.com. Alternatively, you can add a new site to your account through the steps here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site to-an-existing-account

  Then, I can move the domain to that new site.
