transferring site stats to self hosted site

  I would like my site stats transferred from my wordpress.com site to my self hosted site- please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can help you with that! Please make sure that your self-hosted site has JetPack installed and please provide to the URLs of the two sites you want to transfer your stats to and from.

  Jetpack is installed.
  URLs are- 66.147.244.86/~erincusa (I think this is a temp URL, does that need to be changed or is it ok?)
  and erincusackblog.com (the wordpress.com version)
