Transferring sites?

  Hi!
  For the past year I’ve had a self-hosted site (www.lucyandbell.com) but I’d like to now transfer the site to a wordpress hosted site (www.wellhellomonday.wordpress.com). I’ve downloaded the cPanel file but I’m not sure how to upload it to the new site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
