Transferring stats and likes to new WordPress site

  Hello,

  I had closingwinter.wordpress.com and I have now changed to a self-hosted WordPress site http://www.closingwinter.co.uk

  I’ve managed to transfer my followers but not my stats or likes. Is someone able to help me transfer these across please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
