Transferring Subscriber and stats to Self Hosted Blog

  Hi

  A friend of mine has pointed me in this direction to ask for help.

  I currently have a free wordpress site ( http://writingsramblingsandreviews.wordpress.com ) and am moving to a self hosted one ( http://www.writingsramblingsandreviews.co.uk ).

  I am hoping to move the subscribers I have and the stats across. Is this possible and something you can help with please?
