Transferring Subscribers
-
I have just moved my blog from bewitchery.wordpress.com to bewitcheryblog.co.uk and want to transfer my current subscribers over to my new blog. The WordPress Support page says to contact them about it so that they can do it for me, but there isn’t currently a contact form/email address. Instead, there is a message stating they are currently trying to catch up with their messages so have limited the contact form to paying customers only. As such, I was just wondering whether anybody knew of another way to transfer subscribers?
Thanks in advance for your help!

If you do not have a domain mapping upgrade then you are not a paying customer. You can easily redirect yourblogname.wordpress.com (as well as all of your permalinks) to your new domain name with the Site Redirect upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
After you have purchased the upgrade, provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into a support forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you.
