Transferring Subscribers

  I have recently transferred from a wordpress.com account to a self hosted account and cannot transfer my followers and email subscribers. I have setup Jetpack accordingly but need help with the rest.

  The reader topics only index posts that are hosted on WordPress.com. However, users can still add your blog to their reader: http://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/#adding-new-blogs
