transferring subscribers

  I am trying to transfer my e-mail subscribers from my wordpress.com blog to my self-hosted wordpress.org blog. Everything I am reading tells me this must be done by WordPress. I am caught in an endless loop of self-help documents and directions that never seem to get me anywhere. I tried reaching out via twitter but no response. I am not sure what to do next.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
