  How can i transfer my previous blog subscribers to my new, self hosted blog?

  Hello, I read on your forums that I need some one to guide me in the process of transferring my email subscribers from wordpress.com to our new, self hosted blog at wordpress.org.
  Can you please assist me on this, thank you.
