Transferring subscribers

  Hi there,
  I have recently transferred my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org.
  I was lucky and managed to work out how to transfer all the content etc to the new server but cannot seem to transfer all my subscribers.

  Is there any chance you can help me with this?

  my URL is http://www.design88.co.uk being hosted with wordpress.com and the old blog url is vanessamfernandes.wordpress.com

  Please advise if possible.

  Thank you ever so much for your reply! I have just logged on to wordpress.com at the website http://www.design88.co.uk to check if the followers were transferred but unfortunately they haven’t.
  Does the process take a significant amount of time usually?

  Please do advise if possible :)
  Again, just to clarify I would like the subscribers from vanessamfernandes.wordpress.com to be transferred to the http://www.design88.co.uk website if possible.
