Transferring Subscribers

  Hi there,

  I need to transfer subscribers from a wordpress.com to a self-hosted site that uses wordpress.org. Thing is, I followed the steps here:

  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  And got an image saying “only blog owners can migrate subscribers.” I own both blogs, so I don’t know where the issue is. Please help!

  Its seems like you have don’e everything properly.

  Here’s the support doc:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

  It also states:

  If you prefer, contact us and we’ll move your subscribers for you.

  I have tagged staff so they can offer better options.
