Transferring Subscribers

  Hi, I need to move subscribers from my Mountain Brook Ink site to my Christian Fiction Authors website as we moved our blog to that new URL. I tried to use the Jetpack Subscription Migration tool, but it doesn’t show any places to transfer FROM in the dropdown menu??? Both of my websites are hosted on BlueHost.

  Hi there,

  Can you please give the full URL of the site you want to transfer from, and the site you want to transfer to?

  If these are Jetpack sites, you’ll only be able to transfer subscribers yourself if your account owns the Jetpack connection for both sites.

  I need them transferred from here: http://mountainbrookink.com/blog

  to here: http://christianfictionauthors.com/

  I have jetpack installed on both websites… but the subscription migration tool isn’t giving me any options? So I don’t know if it’s necessarily owned by both accounts or not. There’s some nuance I’m missing/not understanding.
