Transferring subscribers
-
Hello, we have recently moved our site from hopelessvendetta.wordpress.com to a self-hosted WordPress site at hopeless-maine.co.uk and as I understand it, we need to contact you to transfer the subscribers. Please can you do that for us?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’ve successfully transferred all your subscribers to your new site. Do you want me to transfer the stats as well?
-
Thanks. I can’t see the subscribers/users on the new site though?
(hopeless-maine.co.uk)

Please note that it may take some time for your subscriber totals to appear. The Jetpack plugin syncs your data periodically, so you may need to wait for up to 24 hours before seeing the updated subscriber count on your dashboard.
If you have any questions or need assistance with anything else, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!

There seems to be a hopeless-maine.co.uk site on WordPress now – and that does contain the subscribers, but they still haven’t shown up on the self-hosted site at that domain. I’m not sure what is going on, but I really need the subscribers on the self-hosted site at hopeless-maine.co.uk. (Not the one on WordPress.com) Can anyone help?

Hi there, I am able to see your Jetpack subscribers here: https://wordpress.com/people/subscribers/hopeless-maine.co.uk
You are looking in some other location? I can confirm that the move was successful on our end and the subscribers that used to be listed here have been moved to the new site: https://wordpress.com/people/subscribers/hopelessvendetta.wordpress.com
Thanks for the additional info!
