Transferring subscribers after move to self-hosting?

    We have moved our blog (dontcompromise.askeurope.com) to self-hosting (www.askeurope.com/blog), but is it possible to transfer subscribers or do I need to contact them to ask them to re-subscribe.

    If the latter, where in the admin screens do I find their contact details.
