transferring subscribers and followers

  I recently converted my AthleticMedicine.Wordpress.com to .org (StoneAthleticMedicine.com).

  On my .com I had 610 email subscribers and 210 blog subscribers. Now that I converted to .org I noticed I now have zero followers.

  All other items transferred when using the export tool. I searched the forums for tips and am using JetPack and have subscribers activated.
  Any idea on what I am doing wrong? How can I get my my subscribers / followers transferred over?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  I have done this and a staff member from JetPack contacted me saying they will perform the transfer… that was a few days ago.
