Transferring subscribers and followers

  Hi, I am starting a new wordpress blog and want to transfer my followers and subscribers to there. How can I do this please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Is the new site on WordPress.com, or a self-hosted WordPress site?

  If a WordPress.com site, please let us know the address of both your old and your new site, and we can move the followers for you.

  If a self-hosted WordPress site, please install the Jetpack plugin there and connect it to your WordPress.com account, and then you can move your subscribers by following the process here:
