transferring subscribers and likes

Hi,
I was told that I needed to post on this forum in order to have my subscribers transferred from my .com to my new .org site. My former URL was https://entrepreneurshipfortheworld.wordpress.com and is now beyondthevalley.co.
I have enabled jetpack.

I do not see beyondthevalley.co under your account.
Have you installed, activated, and connected Jetpack?
If so, which WordPress.com account did you connect it to?

Thanx for the fast reply. I think I do have the right jetpack package since I can see both WordPress accounts when I log into WordPress.
I recently changed the URL to beyondthevalley.co. It used to be ifoundedit.com. I only have 2 WordPress accounts/sites: 1 .com site and a .org site (ifoundedit.com or beyondthevalley.co). You should see both. Let me know if you don’t see 2 accounts/sites. The latter is the one that should have the likes and subscribers transferred to.
