Transferring Subscribers, followers and post likes

  Hi,

  I’ve recently moved to a self hosted WordPress.org site from WordPress.com. I’ve read over your forum posts instructions and I can’t transfer my followers and post likes to my new site. I have Jetpack installed on the new site. The URLs are:
  http://www.kerosenechronicle.wordpress.com (old site)
  http://www.kerosenechronicle.com (new site)
  Can you help?
