Transferring subscribers from wordpress site to hosted site

  Hi there
  Im trying to figure out how to transfer my subscribers over to my new site (www.theschereport.com). I just transferred the url today and I dont’ want my subscribers to miss out on my new posts. Ive been looking thru wordpress for hours and cant seem to figure it out.

  I have the same question! The URLs in question are these:

  How can I accomplish this?
