Transferring subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted

  I want to move my subscribers from my old blog: http://www.thevanillabeandream.wordpress.com to my new self-hosted wordpress.org blog: http://www.nonisplace.com

  I have tried to do the steps of migration, but when I click “manage” under “My Blogs” for nonisplace.com it says Unable to load manage page for this blog.

  Any thoughts or help?
