Transferring subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi!

  I’ve been trying to get in touch with support about transferring my subscribers from my wordpress.com account (https://feistylittlewoman.wordpress.com/) to my new website/wordpress.org account (http://feistylittlewoman.com/)

  I can’t seem to find an email, form or even locate a live support chat window, so I’m hoping someone in the forums could help me out.
  I have activated Jetpack.

  Any help would be appreciate.
