Transferring subscribers to new site

  I understand that to transfer subscribers, one it to request that via this forum. If that is correct, would someone transfer subscribers from http://westmeathlane.wordpress.com/ to http://driftlessprairies.org/

  If this is not the correct venue, please let me know.

  Install and activate the JetPack plugin please. http://jetpack.me Then Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might thing about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at westmeathlane.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.
