Transferring Subscribers to Self Hosted Blog

HI there… I’m moving my blog from LivinginEnthusiasm.com to EndlessMagic.com which is my own self hosted domain. How can I transfer the subscribers to the new location? I intend to do a blog post on the old one if I need to give them instructions. I saw another thread that was flagged for staff. Please let me know what I need to do.

You might want to leave an old post on the new blog letting them know that you have moved, as some readers may have subscribed outside of WordPress.com.

You can see the list of subscribers via a link near the bottom-left of the stats interface, similar to how you could see the list at WordPress.com.
