Transferring subscribers to self-hosted WP

  Hello. I manage a blog which we recently moved to a self-hosted platform, and need to get the subscribers (wordpress and email) across to it. I’ve read a few posts on similar problems, but no real solutions came from them, other than needing to get someone at WP to do it.

  What do I need to do?

  The followers who use the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred. Those who are email subscribers can be transferred for you by Staff after you install and activate the JetPack plugin on your WordPress.org install and return here to provide both of the URLs.
