transferring subscribers/stats/likes

  Hi,
  I’ve recently moved to a wordpress.org install. I am wondering if I may please have my subscribers, likes on posts and stats transferred over? Will this include a record of “top posts and pages” and carry over all the views each post has had? Also will my stat viewing per country come back?
