Transferring subscription

    I initially thought that if I bought the WordPress subscription then its benefits would apply to both my personal websites. Then, I realized this was not the case but I want to use Elementor on my CalhounDECA website not my NextGenBn Website. Is there anyway to transfer my starter subscription from the NextGenbn website to the CalhounDECA website?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch! The Starter plan does not give you the ability to use third-party plugins. Only a Business or Commerce subscription allows that access.

    Since you’re still within our 14 day refund window, I recommend cancelling the Personal plan from your account page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/nextgenbn.com/24262948

    Then, you can purchase Business under the correct website.
