Transferring Susbribers

  I’m in the process of finalising my move to a self-hosted site (myhartjie.co.za) after blogging at myhartjie.wordpress.com for a while. I’ve installed the Jetpack plug-in and have added my e-mail subscribers, but how do I move the subscribers who follow me through their WordPress Reader?
