transferring the domain and plan both in wordpress

  I have a domain and business plan published, backed up, and ready to export. I have another domain with a personal plan unpublished (coming soon). The issue I can’t solve is the personal plan site will not import the files, because it comes from a business plan. I have been told to contact customer service to transfer plans, but after 10 days and no responses from several attempts, I have decided to try here. I’m certain there is a method to do this or to make direct contact with WordPress support, but I’ve not been successful thus far.

  Thank you for your prompt response…. I actually did follow that recommendation and managed to get access and understand what I had originally done with the two different sites. Since then, the issue rest with the difference in the site plans and consolidating the business plan site = lcw-creative-works.com into lcwcreativeworks.com (personal plan, unpublished, “coming soon”) (which is the site name (URL) I want to use). I need assistance with transferring the “business plan” so that the import is fully realized on lcwcreativeworks.com (currently personal plan). Herein, seems to be the issue.

  I’ve looked everything over and it looks like you were able to get the setup you were looking for. I now see lcw-creative-works.com and lcwcreativeworks.com on the same site and Business plan. And I see that lcwcreativeworks.com is set as the site’s primary domain.

  Is this now working as you are wanting it to work? If it is not, can you share more specifics about what needs to be done next in order to get this working as you expect?
