Transferring the followers

I changed my site address. Then again want to revert it. So deleted my new address blog and imprted the posts to old site. Now I want the followers for my old site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s impossible to help you without knowing the address of the site FROM and the address of the site TO which you want to move your followers. Please provide that information and I can see if it’s still possible to move the followers from the deleted site.

Likes cannot be transferred manually, no. When you change a site address Likes are kept, because your content isn’t actually moved. But if you manually move the content, likes are not transferred with it.

Sign up button for Facebook page?
Hi, I have created a Facebook page for my blog. I have added a ‘sign-up’ button directing to my blog. I want that when the user gets directed to my website (blog), they are asked to subscribe for my blog with their email id. Currently the sign-up button takes me to the website directly and does not ask to subscribe. How can I add this?
Or it is not possible for free hosted blog ?The blog I need help with is

The only pop-up subscription option we have is for MailChimp subscriptions, which would mean you’ll have to send out newsletters using MailChimp. That will show to anyone visiting your site for the first time, and each time after they clear their browser cookies.
But for regular WordPress.com subscription options we don’t have a pop-up notification.

Oh .. is it possible to create a page with subscription form alone and connect that with facebook signup button ?

You can create a page and add the blog subscription shortcode to it, yes, then link that page to your button on Facebook.
But I would recommend linking it to your site’s home page instead. Let your site’s content be the first thing people see. If the content is good enough, people will follow the site without needing to be “forced” into it.
