Transferring the modern news theme to WordPress.org

I would like to transfer my “modern news” theme from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. My website is http://www.blackcitygirl.com is there anyway to do that soon? If so please let me know & I have a card on this account so please charge it if there are extra costs.

That’s not possible. What is possible is contacting the theme designer and asking for a version of Modern News that is coded to run on WordPress>ORG software.
When you purchase a premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.
Note: Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/

Thanks for your timely response. Do you have the contact details for the theme designer? If not how could I assess them as I’d love to contact him to see whether he has a these available on WordPress.org
Failing that I’d like to ask, if there anyway to code WordPress.com premium themes to support ad-banners? As I’m working with a web developer who said this was impossible.
