  While attempting to transfer a theme from one blog to another, I’m getting “https/wordpress.com” says “Transfer Failed”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry about that. Can you tell me exactly which site you would like it moved to? I’d be happy to try and get it transferred.

  Just to confirm – do you want it moved to: rainydayjournal.wordpress.com? Please note that when I do your current site will revert back to a free theme and all your customizations will disappear. If you are okay with this, please confirm.

  Your message went to my spam folder. Yes, I would like my premium linen theme to be transferred to the blog rainydayjournal.wordpress.com. i don’t know why, but this theme seems to have disapeared from my account.

  Hi Cheri,

  So I added the $79 credit to your account so that you can add the Linen Theme to rainydayjournal.wordpress.com. Please add Linen just like you did before and you should be set.
