Transferring to a free domain

Hi,
I currently have a website katieandangus.com which I pay for through Blue Host. However, it is a wordpress based blog and I’d like to switch to a few wordpress blog but keep the content I have on the current website. If anyone has any information on how I could do this it would be much appreciated. My main priority is not losing the information I have inputted into the website to date. Thanks,
