Transferring to Premium

  I am thinking of creating a second blog but with my own domain. My plan is to take some of my current blogs (about 12) and transfer them to the new blog. Is this easier said than done? Can the comments and “likes” of the blogs be transferred over to the new blog? Will I be able to keep the same posting dates (this is critical) of the origional blog when I transfer to new blog. The second blog will be a wordpress premium blog. Unless I should go thru someone else? $99 seems a little steep.
