I don’t have the paid premiums yet, because I am waiting for the transfer to take place. It has been more than 24 hours. I just need to know what to do next. I was planning to get the premium, but of course I want to know that it is going to work first!

No, I understand what is included in the premium plan. I have submitted a request to transfer my site http://www.joyfuljewel.com from wordpress.org to wordpress.com. I was told I would get an email in 24 hours saying the transfer was complete. I haven’t heard anything, and it sure looks like my site is still on wordpress.org. Can you get it changed for me? I just want to be sure that everything is working before I cancel at the other place. And, I haven’t signed up for the premium yet. I need to know that the support that is included is more than just asking a question on the forum, but that I can actually get personal help if I need it. I want you to assure me that this is true.

Have you created an export file of the site? This is an xml that you will import on to the WordPress.com site.
The complete instructions are here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/I’m not quite sure that I understand where you are at in this process, I do not see a pending import on the site.
When you reply, please add the modlook tag again as I am going to be off for the next 2 days. This way a colleague can follow up with you.

Yes, I submitted the export file and got an email that I would hear back within 24 hours when the export was complete. When I didn't hear back I clicked the link which basically said “if you don't hear back within 24 hours.” That link took me to the forum. I'm not sure if this is the way, but I'm saying #modlink in hopes that I can get to someone who knows what to do.
