Transferring traffic to new site

  Hello

  I have gone self hosted and was wandering if there was a way of transferring traffic that the old blog (above) gets to be instantly transferred to the new blogs address?

  So if anyone searches mumofthreeboys.wordpress.com and they click on the link then they will be instantly directed to mumofthreeboys.com instead?
