Transferring upgrades from free wordpress to purchased site

  Hi,

  I starting blogging away and buying all sorts of upgrades and when I typed in my website nothing came up except for the wordpress original template. I realised all my work was done to the free wordpress blog instead of the purchased website. I was wondering if anyone knows how to either transfer all my purchases and current blogs from the wordpress.com site to the .com site?

  I hope that makes sense I am very new to this.
