Transferring Upgrades to New User

  Hello!
  My account indicates that the domain mapping for a blog I’ve purchased upgrades for, designmatters.iida.org, will expire on March 25, 2015, but I’d like to have the upgrade responsibility and notices go to another user (including Custom Design, No Ads and Premium Theme: Further).

  Can you help guide me through this process, please? My thanks in advance,

  You should be able to transfer the blog and all it’s upgrades to another user by following the steps outlined here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

  So that’s kind of the odd part – the blog in question does not show up on the “My Blogs” page so I can’t transfer to another user through that channel.

  Is there an alternate route?

  You are talking about designmatters.iida.org, right?

  The problem is the account you are logged into now doesn’t own that account. That’s why you don’t see the options to transfer it.

  If you log into the WordPress.com account that does own the site, you’ll be able to follow the transfer instructions.
