Transferring Users

  I created a blog. Added another user on as an administrator. And now I’d like to remove myself as a user completely and let her have full control, but it won’t let me delete myself and she can’t delete me either.

  First, you’ll need to transfer ownership of the blog: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Have you done that?
