Transferring Website to WordPress

  I already have a website hosted through GoDaddy. It’s on WordPress but can I leave GoDaddy and transfer the website over to WordPress? How do I go about doing that and what do you charge yearly for hosting, email et al. Thanks. (Really wish you guys had a call center for help – that’s the one thing GoDaddy has going for it).
