Transferring Weebly domain

  I have a domain with Weebly which I would like to use with WordPress instead. Is there no way of transferring that over without upgrading to a paid WordPress account and using ‘mapping’ ? I’ve used Weebly’s ‘Registrar Lock’ and I have the EPP code, and it’s been well over 60 days since the domain was registered.

  While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
