Transferring, will subscribers move with me

  I’m about to migrate away from WordPress.com hosting. I’ve set up Jetpack on the new site (using the temporary URL.) But I’m trying to figure out if the old JetPack subscribers will transfer over when I redirect the URL (theseconddisc.com) from the old site (theseconddisc.wordpress.com) to my new host…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to install and activate the JetPack plugin and then follow these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
