Transferring wordpress domain to dotcom

  Hi all, I was originally using dylannrose.wordpress.com but i just bought the “dylannrose.com” domain through wordpress for 17USD a year.
  However, when i set dylannrose.com as my primary domain, I am still unable to access it.
  dylannrose.wordpress.com automatically links to dylannrose.com so now whenever i type either link, it says “Problem loading page”.

  did i miss out a step here? I thought by buyign the domain, the wordpress will automatically be linked to the dotcom and everything will be imported to the dotcom?

  please advise.

  Hi. It takes some time (normally a few hours, but up to 72 hours) for the changes to be effective everywhere around the world.

  I am in Eastern Canada and I can see your blog at the new address already. Eventually you will too.
