Transferring WordPress handled domain to another blog – failed

  I’ve tried transferring my wordpress handled domain to another of my blogs, but it just tells me that it fails and provides me with no explanation.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m trying to move the domain ‘qrtc.ca’ from quinteregiontrafficcoalition.wordpress.com to drivesafequinte.wordpress.com.
