Transferring WordPress.com blog posts to DOC

  Hello! I would like to backup my blog as individual articles stored in PDF or DOC, not XML. I have this plug-in in mind called Aspose (https://pagely.com/blog/2015/06/export-wordpress-posts-pages-word-files-pdfs-aspose-doc-exporter/), but my Admin->Plug In page doesn’t even give me an option to install such a plug in. Is there a work around for this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
