Transferring wordpress.com subscribers to localhost installation with Jetpack

  I’m transferring my blog from wordpress.com to a locally hosted wordpress installation. I need to transfer my subscribers to my new site, like it says on this page: http://wordpress.com/help/search/transferring+to+wordpress.org.

  Sounds like you have JetPack installed and configured.

  What is the base WordPress.COM blog (your-site.wordpress.com) you need the stats and followers transferred from?

  The staff will need that info to make sure they transfer the correct stats
