transferring wordpress.com subscribers to self hosted website

  I recently started a blog and changed over to a self hosted site (wordpress.org) a few days ago. I don’t have many subscribers but would like them transferred to my new site.

  old: leveragedliving.wordpress.com
  new: theL2group.com

  Please make sure you have the Jetpack plugin installed on your new site, and that it is connected to the same WordPress.com account as your WordPress.com blog.

  Hi there – we can move your subscribers, but you need to install and connect the Jetpack plugin on your new site: http://jetpack.me/

  Once you’ve done that, reply and let me know, and I’ll move them over.

  Hi there,

  You will need to connect Jetpack on your new site to your WordPress.com account. You can do this in your new site’s dashboard. Once Jetpack is connected to your WordPress.com account, we can transfer your subscribers to the new site.

  Hi there,

  I moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers to theL2group.com as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

  Hi there
  I have three wordpress accounts (africanopinions.wp, writingafricanstories.wp and voicewriteafrica.wp)
  I also have a self hosted site (voicewriteafrica.com)
  I have jetpack installed
  I would like to transfer followers from the three wordpress sites to the self hosted site –
  How do I link these in Jet pack?
  I am not able to access reader from the self hosted site
  Is it possible to do this?
  I would like to actually merge all three sites into the self hosted site
  Is this possible?
  Also the comments section (wordpress) is not working on the self hosted sites (i have evolved comments)
  Can you assist me to fix it?
