Transferring WP followers across to Mailchimp

Hi, I want to move my blog subscribers on wordpress.com across to a mailchimp account – only I’m not sure how to do this as I have a mix of email and wordpress subscribers (whose email addresses I can’t see). Although I go through wordpress.com – and have always managed it this way – the site is hosted through another company and is being resdesigned and built, so it will be moved off wordpress.com… does that mean it will go through wordpress.org? In which case, can I install the jetpack plugin and have a wordpress staff member help me transfer the list? (as I’ve read others do)

That is not something that we can do.
